We are committed to improving the range and quality of the products we supply together with recognising the importance of environmental protection. We are FSC accredited and ensure where ever possible that all the products we supply are manufactured and or sourced from Manufacturers / Suppliers that adopt the same philosophy and commitments and whom also have in place strict processes that minimise waste of materials and energy and procure raw materials are selected with a view to the environment. Most paper is recyclable and the paper we supply is where possible 100% recycled or from sustainable sources.
Order Pads Direct prides itself on offering industry leading services and a comprehensive range of quality products that provide our customers with exceptional value for money. Should you be unhappy with a product purchased or any part of our service to you, please contact our help desk team as soon as possible and we will try to rectify the situation to your satisfaction as quickly as we possibly can. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can contact our returns department to arrange to return the product, attachments and packaging to ourselves within 7 days of purchase. We regrettably cannot not accept any returns not in original packaging. Please keep all boxes and packaging in event of a fault or any damage this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, we are unable accept liability after this period. If goods are missing or broken please call 0800 032 1046 immediately upon receipt. Any postage costs for delivery to & from our selves are billed to the customer and cannot be refunded. In case of refund, delivery costs are not refunded. You are, of course, welcome to use your own courier, for collection of goods paid in full.
Before any goods can be accepted back, approval for the return and proper case reference numbers must be obtained from our returns department.
