1. How do I place an order

Orders can be placed in a variety of ways either on line, over the phone or by sending your order by post or by fax.

2. How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, payment can be made quickly and simply through the on- line payment facility or over the phone.

3. When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 15:00 Mon-Fri are usually dispatched the same day for Next Working Day Delivery* (next day delivery excludes shipping areas that incur additional costs) Where possible we continue to dispatch orders placed after this time at discretion, but we are unable to guarantee the availability of this. please check when placing your order if we will be able to dispatch it that day.

Orders up to approx. 250KG are shipped using our Courier DHL PARCEL UK and are sent on a Next Day Delivery Service*. (excluding areas of additional shipping costs) All orders require a signature on delivery. Delivery takes place between the approximate hours of 8am and 6pm.

4. I cannot find the item I am looking for?

We have several product search facilities available on the web site to help you find the product you are looking for, however, should you not be able to locate the item you are looking for or indeed need a product made bespoke to your requirements please call our help desk on 0800 032 1046 who will be delighted to assist you.

5. Are my Card details safe with you?

Yes, we use a secure server to process your Credit Card / Visa Debit Card details which ensures that the information you provide us with is fully encrypted. We are also fully PCI compliant. Your card details, once processed, are not stored in anyway, we only retain your order and contact details for future reference.

6. Are you FSC Accredited?

A: Yes, we are FSC accredited and gained membership of an FSC Certified group in October 2017 (FSC-C004309). The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) CONDUCTS regular audits and can trace all the paper (where applicable) used in our till rolls, and credit card rolls back to a sustainable source.

7. How can I be sure I am ordering the correct product?

A: We recommend that you check your manufacturers equipment manual to ensure you order the correct size and format of paper roll and ribbons etc to fit your machine / equipment.

You can also use the search facility on the website which will identify the products suitable for the brand and model number of your equipment. We do not accept any responsibility for incorrectly ordered goods selected from our compatibility lists or for damage caused to equipment for which the wrong or incompatible supplies were fitted.

8. What is your returns policy?

A: Your satisfaction is important to us. If an item is damaged or defective, please call us for return instructions within seven days of receipt. We will gladly exchange the product, issue you a credit, or refund your money.

Orders placed incorrectly, or that are no longer required can only be returned on request and authorisation via our customer service department. Goods returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted / credited.

Orders fulfilled incorrectly by Till Roll Warehouse will be collected & replaced at no cost to the customer. please notify us in writing within 48 hours of any error with your order to enable us to rectify it accordingly.

9. Do I need to register to purchase an item from Order Pads Direct?

A: Yes, to provide you with the most convenient shopping experience possible, we require you to register through our easy to use registration process. This process has been streamlined to ensure we collect the minimum amount of information to supply you the products you need to help you run your business.


10. Do you offer specials or promotions?

A: Yes, we offer promotions on a variety of products on the website. These change on a regular basis and may only be available for a short while on the site, so it is worth checking the web site for bargains on a regular basis.
